Heo Young Saeng seorang penyanyi pria dan member dari boyband terkenal Korea Selatan SS501. Heo Young Saeng pernah training di SM Entertainment sehingga dia berteman akrab dengan anggota TVXQ dan Super Junior. Kemudian dia bergabung dengan DSP Entertainment dan debut sebagai anggota SS501 pada 8 Juni 2005.

Young Saeng menggubah dan menulis lagu solonya '사랑인거죠 (Is it Love?)' yang termasuk dalam track album U R Man. Lagu ini ditulisnya saat SS501 beraktivitas di Jepang tahun 2007. Dia adalah anggota pertama menngubah sekaligus menulis lirik sebuah lagu.
